Our local representative, Brandon Ahearn, is a dual Swiss and US citizen, Juris Doctor, Master of Laws, Chartered Financial Analyst with more than 20 years of experience as an in-house legal counsel to Swiss companies with international presence.
His approach is to provide the same level of honest and serious advisory to real estate clients in Spain as he provided to corporate clients for more than 20 years. There are often unqualified persons operating in the Spanish real estate market. In fact, no particular licences or diplomas are required. This often has unpleasant consequences.
